Seminar Guidelines eWaste

Registration: Your registration for our courses must be submitted in writing via mail, fax, email, or online. Registrations are processed in the order they are received. You will receive a written registration confirmation from us containing all important details regarding the seminar. By registering, the participant accepts the terms and conditions (regulations). To guarantee the success of the training, we ask you to meet the specified prerequisites for the respective courses.

Individual Training: Should you have several employees who can be trained on a topic, we would be happy to organize an individual customer training at your premises. You will then have the possibility to coordinate the content and duration of the training with the instructor according to your wishes. If interested, please feel free to contact us.

Seminar Schedule: Our courses usually take place from 09:00 to 16:00. The actual course times will be listed again on the registration confirmation. You will, of course, be notified of any changes in good time.

Fees: All seminar prices are subject to the statutory VAT and are to be paid in full without deductions immediately upon invoicing. You will receive the invoice after the seminar has ended. The price usually includes the seminar materials, lunch, and refreshments during breaks. Any travel and hotel costs are to be borne by the participant. Seminars usually take place with a minimum of 3 participants.

Changes: If the minimum number of participants is not reached or if the instructor falls ill, we reserve the right to postpone or cancel the course to a later date. Registered participants will be notified in a timely manner. In the event of cancellation on our part, you will receive a refund of the seminar fee. This does not entitle you to any claim for damages.

Withdrawal: A free withdrawal is possible if the cancellation is received by us in writing no later than 14 days before the start of the training. The date of receipt is decisive. Up to 10 days before the start of the training, we charge an administrative fee of 50% of the course price. After that, the full course price will be charged. Of course, you may nominate a substitute participant.

Liability: Liability of Axians eWaste for damages suffered by the participant in connection with their continuing education is excluded, unless these are due to intentional or grossly negligent behavior by Axians eWaste or its vicarious agents.
